Kirsten Zuk
Kirsten Zuk is a professional artist and sculptor. Kirsten and her husband Rick Simpson had a long time friendship with Glenn. Rick met Glenn when he was putting a band together at the University in 1983. Later that year they formed the group Public Life and toured throughout Western Canada. Glenn and Rick played together again in the trio The Connection in 1985. Glenn, Rick and Kirsten jammed at several parties, performed at the Fringe Festival and recorded together. Kirsten did the artwork for Glenn’s House Rockin’ Blues Album — a sketch of Glenn with his white Fender Stratocaster. She also painted a special watercolor portrait of Glenn for Glenn’s longtime love Corinne Lillo.
