Spectre 1987-1989
Glenn formed the band Spectre in the spring of 1987 with drummer Warren Duckering. Spectre was an all original band with the focus on writing, recording and promoting original music. Glenn was the principal songwriter. The band rented a rehearsal space and recorded some of their original songs at Camtek Studios and Goede Studios. Glenn also recorded several of the songs on his home studio. The original Spectre band members were Glenn Gray – guitar/vocals, Andy Trefry – lead vocals, Jaimie Sydlowsky – bass, Karen Single – keyboards/vocals and Warren Duckering – drums. There were a few member changes over the two years that the band was together. Other members included drummers Alain Levesque, Glenn’s brother Brent Gray, Jeff Weeks and guitarist Mark Klemm.
